Q: Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?
A: We are a professional manufacturer of battery chargers with more than 15 years experience and "hi-tech Enterprise" in China. We hold certificates in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015. To maintain these standards, we have implemented a robust management system that not only supports our certification, but also ensures that we adhere to the strict requirements set by these standards.
Q: Can I ask for a sample order?
A: Absolutely! we can provide an initial sample. But our samples are not free. We need to charge for the samples.
Q: What time do you ship my order?
A: The production time is normally 5-6 working days after receiving your payment for samples, but it can be negotiated based on order qty.
Our warranty time is 18 months, to regular customers we can extand the worranty time to 24 months. If product is broken in warranty, we will provide free replacment.
